Fiduciary Specialist Assistant

About the role

The Fiduciary Specialist Assistant provides high‑quality administrative, operational and sales support to the Fiduciary Specialist team. The role ensures efficient client process management, accurate data handling and timely follow‑ups, enabling specialists to focus on advisory delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proactive client service and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Provide end‑to‑end administrative support, including document preparation, data capture, case tracking and diary management.
• Support sales activities by preparing proposals, reports and facilitating seamless client journeys.
• Assist in monitoring revenue, costs and adherence to financial and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with SARS, FAIS, FICA, Trust Property Control Act and other regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to a high‑performance team culture and support learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Finance, Investment Management, Law or Commerce (Diploma or Degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fiduciary services, trust administration, wealth, investments or financial services administrative support.
• Exposure to client servicing in a regulated environment.
• Basic understanding of trust legislation and related regulatory frameworks.
