About the role

The Professional Nurse/Clinical Nurse at Edenvale Medicross is responsible for delivering individualized, holistic, and person‑centred nursing care to patients, families, and the community. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the nurse coordinates care, applies evidence‑based nursing theories, and supports the overall health objectives of Netcare.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource, assisting staff in assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and health professionals, acting as a patient advocate when needed.
• Maintain clear liaison between nursing management and the unit to resolve care issues promptly.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (R/N) qualification.
• Proven experience in a clinical nursing environment.
