Enterprise Applications Technical Specialist

About the role

The Enterprise Applications Technical Specialist ensures that Finance and HR enterprise systems are secure, resilient, and optimised. You will provide technical engineering, administration, and techno‑functional support across the organisation's ERP landscape, driving continuous improvement and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and support enterprise applications and ERP platforms, resolving incidents and technical issues.
• Monitor application health, performance, availability and capacity; perform scheduled health checks and preventative maintenance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, APIs, scripts and automation solutions; configure integrations and application settings.
• Execute operational audits, verify scheduled jobs, interfaces and batch processing, and support audit readiness.
• Manage user access, security roles, permissions and Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews.
• Validate backups, disaster‑recovery testing, and maintain Dev, Test, UAT and Production environments.
• Support reporting, data quality, reconciliation initiatives and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR functional partners to gather requirements, design solutions and optimise business processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting enterprise applications or ERP systems in Finance and/or HR domains.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues before business impact.
• Experience with operational governance, audit support and security/access management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with business and technical teams.
