Enrolled Nurse – Clinical & Administrative Role

About the role

TB HIV Care (THC) is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join its team in Dutywa, South Africa. The position blends clinical care with administrative responsibilities, supporting the organisation’s mission to improve HIV and TB outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to adult and paediatric clients living with HIV and TB.
• Supervise and mentor case officers to ensure quality case management.
• Link clients to appropriate care services and support attainment of the 2nd and 3rd 95 targets.
• Liaise with district health facilities, government departments and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client records and contribute to routine reporting.

Required profile

• Registered Enrolled Nurse qualified to practice in South Africa.
• Experience in HIV/TB care and case management preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to patient‑centred care and public health goals.
