Email Marketing Designer

About the role

VirtueStaff is hiring an Email Marketing Designer for its client, a digital marketing agency. This is a dedicated visual role focused on designing marketing emails, promotional campaign layouts and newsletter templates from client creative briefs. You will work mainly in Figma, building polished assets for women-owned e-commerce brands, fashion labels and med spas, then hand off clean files to the implementation team.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual layouts, header graphics and modular templates for promotional campaigns and newsletters.
• Interpret creative briefs and client style guides to produce consistent, brand-aligned designs.
• Focus only on visual design, without campaign scheduling, ESP execution or coding.
• Scribe, slice and export production-ready design files for the buildout team.
• Keep design files, component libraries and master templates organized in Figma.
• Incorporate feedback from creative directors to refine concepts quickly.
• Tailor aesthetics across women-owned consumer brands, fashion, beauty and med spa clients.

Required profile

• Portfolio showing modern, conversion-focused email and newsletter designs.
• Strong grasp of graphic design fundamentals: visual hierarchy, typography, mobile layout balance and CTA placement.
• Ability to turn visual references and brand guidelines into polished, ready-to-use concepts.
• Preferred background supporting e-commerce brands, fashion retailers, beauty companies or med spa services.
• Solid organization, attention to detail and a collaborative approach with strategists and developers.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Figma for layout creation and asset export.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva is a plus.

What we offer

• Work from home.
• Performance bonus.
