About the role
We are looking for a tech‑savvy creative who can transform training needs into engaging digital learning experiences. As an eLearning Practitioner you will design, develop and refresh online courses for Bestmed Medical Scheme, supporting internal projects and collaborating with professional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop eLearning lessons and interactive modules using authoring tools.
- Apply instructional design principles to create engaging content.
- Maintain and improve the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure lesson quality.
- Promote eLearning adoption and utilisation across the organisation.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and contribute to talent projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an eLearning developer.
- Experience with simulation capturing systems.
- Strong creative and technical aptitude.
- Grade 12 or National Diploma (ETD) qualification.
Required skills
- Adobe Captivate
- LMS administration
