Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

SGS is seeking a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will shape the digital presence of the business, collaborating closely with business units, creative teams, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Develop and execute content strategies for video, podcasts, webinars and brochures.
• Manage SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research, content optimisation and performance analysis.
• Design and run segmented email marketing programmes using HubSpot, Salesforce or Mailchimp.
• Own social media calendars and execution on LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter) and emerging channels.
• Track KPIs, generate insights and recommend improvements using GA4, Power BI or Data Studio.
• Update website content, landing pages and conversion funnels to improve performance.
• Collaborate with BU managers, sales teams and external agencies to align campaigns with business goals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
