Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team at Biltong@ZA. You will help drive brand awareness, generate leads and support sales growth through creative digital campaigns and content production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, strategies and objectives.
• Create and manage social‑media content, community engagement, paid advertising and performance reporting.
• Produce video content, product photography, food styling, videography, editing and publishing.
• Build brand stories, improve SEO, and oversee website updates.
• Design and produce advertising artwork such as posters, banners, billboards, labels and social‑media ads.
• Support the online shop with marketing planning, sales initiatives, database updates and inventory reconciliation.
• Research market trends, propose new ideas and implement approved strategies.
• Handle label design, large‑format printing, dispatching and ordering.
• Coordinate shop interior/exterior design, window artwork and liaise with contractors.
• Manage email and SMS marketing communications and promotional material.
• Analyse data from multiple platforms, make decisions and report to directors.

Required profile

• Marketing or a related qualification.
• Experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination and content creation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
