Digital Communications Strategist

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Digital Communications Strategist who bridges brand strategy and digital execution. The role involves shaping creative ideas into coherent communication systems across paid, owned and earned digital channels, ensuring cultural relevance and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define overarching digital communications direction aligned with brand strategy and business objectives across all channels.
• Translate complex briefs, cultural signals and audience insights into clear messaging hierarchies and strategic intent.
• Orchestrate collaboration with creative, media, social, PR, influencer and community teams to deliver a unified narrative.
• Partner with paid‑media, CVM, SEO and data specialists to activate strategy and resolve trade‑offs between brand expression and platform constraints.
• Analyse performance data to generate client‑ready stories, success metrics and recommendations for future work.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in communications, brand or digital strategy within agency or consultancy environments.
• Strong grounding in paid, owned and earned media with a clear point of view on how creativity drives digital impact.
• Proven ability to lead strategy from idea generation through multi‑platform execution.
• Excellent structuring, writing and presentation skills, with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Collaborative, low‑ego attitude and curiosity to stay ahead of cultural trends.
