Dialogue, Outreach and Advocacy Officer

About the role

The Dialogue, Outreach and Advocacy Officer will support the Standards Department in raising awareness and facilitating the implementation of auditing and ethics standards. Reporting to the Director of Standards, the role combines stakeholder engagement, communication and digital advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate structured dialogue and stakeholder engagement initiatives, including technical forums, roundtables and consultations.
• Build and maintain relationships with audit firms, professional bodies, regulators, academia and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery of webinars, workshops, dialogues and training initiatives.
• Draft stakeholder communications, presentations and reports in plain language, translating complex auditing content into accessible formats.
• Develop innovative communication resources such as infographics, explainer videos and webinar toolkits.
• Maintain engagement records, attendance registers and feedback data; analyse metrics to recommend improvements.
• Assist with digitally enabled outreach initiatives and pilot new communication tools.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and departmental initiatives to achieve strategic priorities.

Required profile
