Dental Nurse – Full‑time, Belfast

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Dental Nurse to join our award‑winning, family‑run clinic in Belfast. The role involves providing high‑quality chairside assistance to dentists, hygienists and therapists in a modern, fully digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist dentists, hygienists and therapists during all clinical procedures.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and cross‑infection control standards.
• Prepare instrument trays and manage surgical day completion tasks.
• Take radiographs and clinical photographs as required and store them according to policy.
• Report faulty equipment and ensure timely maintenance.
• Complete and update patient paperwork and records accurately.
• Maintain GDC registration and compliance.
• Help manage appointment bookings to meet daily production targets.
• Build trusting relationships with patients while maintaining confidentiality.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and coordinate with the laboratory.
• Support the clinical and reception teams in treatment plan acceptance and patient referrals.
• Contribute proactively to practice meetings and occasional reception duties.
