Data / AI Solution Lead

About the role

The Data / AI Solution Lead drives growth for IQbusiness by turning AI, data, consulting and partner capabilities into repeatable, client‑focused solutions. Working across sales, architecture and delivery, the role shapes opportunities from early client need through proposal, design and mobilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Shape AI/Data opportunities with sales and client relationship leads, qualify opportunities and lead discovery workshops.
• Develop packaged AI/Data propositions, reusable solution blueprints, use‑case libraries and proposal modules.
• Lead solution‑shaping sessions, define scope, delivery model, resource profile, timeline and commercial assumptions.
• Provide oversight during mobilisation, support design checkpoints, architecture reviews and protect the original solution intent.

Required profile

• 10+ years consulting or professional services experience in data, AI, analytics or digital transformation.
• Proven pre‑sales or solution‑lead experience shaping client solutions and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness, including scoping, estimation, pricing and margin sensitivity.

Required skills

• Data platforms and analytics tools such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse and Power BI.
• AI/GenAI concepts, use cases, governance, MLOps, RAG and LLM‑enabled solutions.
