Cyber Security Solution Architect (Pre‑Sales)

About the role

The Cyber Security Solution Architect (Pre‑Sales) provides thought leadership and technical guidance to help customers meet their security requirements. Working within the Liquid Sales & Cyber Security team, the role blends architecture design, tender response, and strategic consulting to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop security adoption plans, architecture designs and best‑practice solutions covering identification, protection, detection, response and recovery.
• Engage with customers to understand detailed cyber security needs, present suitable solutions, and produce quotations and tender responses.
• Collaborate with sales specialists, account managers and product teams to create, package and present new security offerings.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis and internal education to shape competitive solutions.
• Conduct customer assessments, report results and provide guidance on deployments, migrations and best practices.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of cyber security trends and work with product management to onboard new vendor solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cyber security solution architecture and pre‑sales consulting.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business‑oriented proposals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Sales‑focused mindset with a challenger attitude and coaching capability.
