Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

Join a leading investment and technology firm as a Cyber Security Analyst focused on the Microsoft security ecosystem. You will be the frontline defender of the company’s cloud and on‑premise environments, ensuring threats are detected and mitigated quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt down threats using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR.
• Respond to incidents such as phishing, malware, and identity compromise.
• Secure Azure workloads and enforce Zero Trust principles.
• Strengthen defenses with Fortinet firewalls and provide unified visibility in Sentinel.
• Build and refine security playbooks to stay ahead of attackers.
• Drive compliance with Microsoft Purview and global standards like GDPR and ISO 27001.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a SOC or security analyst role.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Azure, and Purview.
• Strong understanding of SIEM/SOAR, IAM, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SC‑200, AZ‑500, SC‑400, Security+) are a plus.
• Analytical mindset, clear communicator, and calm under pressure.
