Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic software team in a hybrid setting. You will work closely with clients and development teams to translate business needs into high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients as the primary point of contact for business analysis activities.
• Gather, analyse, and document client business processes, requirements, workflows, user journeys, and system interactions.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for UX/UI, development, and QA teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Support QA by validating requirements during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews as needed.
• Present updates and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership, including weekly feedback sessions with the Head of PMO.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
