ICT Support Technician – On-site (Food)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused ICT Support Technician to deliver on‑site first‑line support for our Johannesburg operations. You will be the primary point of contact for end‑users and will work closely with our external service provider to keep systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site first‑line ICT support to users across all departments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer and network issues.
• Handle user access problems and ensure minimal downtime.
• Log, track and manage incidents and service requests.
• Liaise with external ICT provider (Cyberlogic) for escalations and coordinate on‑site activities.
• Assist with scheduled maintenance, installations, upgrades and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• Relevant ICT qualification (NQF Level 4/5 or equivalent) preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in ICT support or help‑desk environment.
