Customer Support Representative – In‑store

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, professional individual to be the face of Jonsson Workwear in our Welkom store. As the in‑store point of contact you will deliver exceptional service, guide customers to the right workwear solutions and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, in‑store customer service to every visitor.
• Create new customer connections while strengthening existing relationships.
• Use product knowledge to recommend workwear that meets and exceeds customer needs.
• Process customer requests accurately and efficiently, from recommendation to final sale.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
• Follow up on commitments and ensure timely fulfilment of customer inquiries.
