About the role
Old Mutual offers a Credit Guarantee Learnership aimed at unemployed South African youth. The programme provides hands‑on experience in credit guarantee services while developing essential business and analytical skills.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in action planning and analytical tasks related to credit guarantee projects.
- Develop business cases and conduct current state assessments.
- Support customer service delivery and operations.
- Compile and model data to assist decision‑making.
- Create innovative solutions and evaluate information for project outcomes.
- Assist with legal practice documentation and oral communications.
- Provide support to sales services and perform solution analysis.
Required profile
- Valid Matric certificate with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
- South African citizenship, aged 18‑35.
- Not employed for more than 12 months.
- Valid ID document and English language proficiency.
- Clear criminal and credit records.
- Full academic transcript (not currently studying) and certified ID copy.
