About the role

The Associate Consultant will support bids, account plans, projects and client engagements by conducting targeted research and analysis. Working with limited guidance, the role is primarily desk‑based with occasional client interaction, and may contribute to business development support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, organizing work activities to align with project plans.
• Provide data and information to external clients as defined by senior colleagues.
• Respond to basic client queries, share transactional information, and appropriately escalate requests.
• Support senior colleagues in business development by participating in client calls, meetings, and drafting proposal components.

Required profile

• Relevant first (Bachelor’s) degree.
• Previous relevant business experience.
• Ability to understand and apply standard solutions and product offerings within a service line.
• Proficiency in identifying and applying appropriate tools, techniques, or procedures for assigned work.
• Capability to recognize similarities between a client’s business and other organizations in the same industry.
