Construction & Operations Recruiter

About the role

Our client, a growing restoration and construction services company, is seeking a Construction & Operations Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for operations, project management, administration, construction and field support functions. The role is fully remote and requires availability during U.S. Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle for multiple positions across operations, project management, administration, construction, restoration and support functions.
• Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and industry‑specific channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial phone and video screenings, evaluate candidate fit and present qualified candidates to leadership.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Track candidate progress through the hiring process and support hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Proactive recruiter with experience in full‑cycle recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and aligning with U.S. EST business hours.
