About the role

The Construction Foreman will lead day‑to‑day activities on a high‑rise building site in Gauteng. This senior position ensures that all work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining clear communication among all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations on the construction site.
• Supervise staff and contractors, upholding high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Coordinate delivery, storage, and management of materials and resources.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination between all stakeholders.
• Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts promptly and efficiently.

Required profile

• Trade Certificate or Diploma in a construction‑related field.
• Minimum of 10 years proven supervisory experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in residential property development is advantageous.
