Construction Foreman – High Rise Projects (Gauteng)

About the role
The Construction Foreman will lead day‑to‑day activities on a high‑rise building site in Gauteng. This senior position ensures that all work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining clear communication among all parties.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations on the construction site.
- Supervise staff and contractors, upholding high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Coordinate delivery, storage, and management of materials and resources.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Maintain clear communication and coordination between all stakeholders.
- Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts promptly and efficiently.
Required profile
- Trade Certificate or Diploma in a construction‑related field.
- Minimum of 10 years proven supervisory experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in residential property development is advantageous.
