Community & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Community & Marketing Manager to own the brand, demand generation, and community experience for a founder‑led cybersecurity recruitment and consulting firm. Working closely with the founder, you will design and execute campaigns, events, and content that amplify the firm’s reputation within the CISO network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence and full content calendar.
• Produce, schedule, and edit weekly leadership content and run the newsletter end‑to‑end.
• Repurpose podcast and event material across multiple formats.
• Conceptualise, plan and execute high‑impact community events, from intimate dinners to industry activations.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior CISOs and security leaders.
• Design and optimise LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns to generate inbound pipeline.
• Launch and manage a leadership podcast, handling guest outreach, recording coordination and post‑production.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or community roles, preferably in B2B, professional services or agency settings.
• Demonstrated success in social media, brand building, community engagement, or event activation.
• Ability to work autonomously, turn ideas into measurable results, and collaborate closely with senior leadership.
