Commissioned Financial Adviser – KwaDukuza & Surrounding Areas

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a self‑motivated Commissioned Financial Adviser to serve customers in KwaDukuza and nearby areas such as Ballito, Stanger, Mthunzini and Darnall. The adviser will help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals by identifying needs, providing sound advice and delivering tailored financial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess clients' financial needs and objectives.
• Provide consultative financial advice and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Procure new business and expand sales of existing products and services.
• Manage a personal pipeline of leads and nurture existing client relationships.
• Maintain accurate sales data and use sales software to track performance.

Required profile

• Minimum NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for customer‑focused service.
• Ability to build trust, communicate clearly and act decisively.
• Commitment to the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa.
