About the role

Mondelēz International is recruiting for its 2-year rotational Graduate Programme (Taste the Future) in Human Resources, within the Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit. The programme showcases candidates' talents through a rotational leadership path and aims to develop the next generation of Makers and Bakers who will help lead the future of snacking.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics/Econometrics, Business Management or Finance
• Recent graduate, or recent graduate with a maximum of 1 year of work experience
• Academic average of over 60%
• Evidence of leadership commitments and growth mindset/agility
• Technologically savvy, good with people, great communication skills, goal-driven and fast learner

The Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit covers Southern Africa, West Africa and the Rest of Africa markets and includes global brands such as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Oreo, Halls and Bournvita, and local brands such as Cadbury LunchBar, Chappies, TomTom and Dentyne. Travel is required as and when needed.
