Commercial Finance Manager – WESA (14 markets)

About the role

The Commercial Finance Manager will lead finance activities across the WESA region, supporting 14 markets. You will partner with end‑markets and regional leaders to drive growth, optimise pricing, and ensure robust financial planning and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute commercial planning cycles (SOP, Budget, Latest Estimates) aligned with strategic priorities.
• Support pricing strategy, revenue growth management and margin optimisation.
• Provide decision support through financial analysis, insights and business case evaluation.
• Ensure commercial finance governance and compliance with BAT policies.
• Manage trade spend, marketing OPEX/CAPEX and ROI performance.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, Finance and other functions to enhance commercial performance.
• Standardise and improve tools, processes and reporting across WESA.
• Support revenue assurance and credit risk management.
• Drive efficiency, automation and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or CA) and at least 5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering.
• Strong understanding of pricing, route‑to‑market and consumer dynamics, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience operating in multi‑market or regional roles.
