About the role
The role involves electrical and mechanical maintenance on medical/diagnostic equipment in hospitals and the installation of suction units, ensuring all tasks set by the Technical Manager are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Keep all planned maintenance and ad‑hoc jobs up to date.
- Collect and deliver parts or equipment.
- Perform day‑to‑day maintenance tasks according to the schedule.
- Complete maintenance tasks up to administration level.
- Conduct fault finding on equipment.
- Perform site inspections at hospitals.
- Be prepared to work overtime, standby and night‑shift as required.
- Assist with additional duties as operational needs arise.
Required profile
- N6 + Trade test Certificate or equivalent electrical qualification.
- Relevant experience in medical equipment maintenance (advantageous).
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Required skills
- Fault finding (electrical and mechanical).
- Basic computer skills.
