Client Success Manager - Influencer Marketing

About the role

Humanz is looking for a Client Success Manager in Sandton to make its customers succeed. The role covers influencer marketing campaigns end to end through the Humanz technology platform, onboarding new clients and helping them use the platform effectively. It also has a commercial focus, making sure clients spend their allocated budget within the agreed timeframe.

Key responsibilities

• Create strategies and creative concepts for influencer campaigns
• Identify and verify the most suitable influencers through the Humanz platform
• Contact, brief and manage influencers during campaigns
• Ensure campaign targets are met within agreed budgets and costs
• Compile campaign reports
• Act as the main point of contact with clients, guiding them and keeping them informed of progress
• Assist new customers and influencers with onboarding and answer their questions
• Manage cost estimates, obtain signed contracts, estimates or purchase orders
• Report work completion, revenue and costs in the Humanz back office
• Support the CEO with other operational needs of the growing business

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing influencer marketing campaigns or programs
• Customer relationship management or account management experience
• Strong existing network within the influencer marketing industry
• Able to work independently within a small but dynamic team
