About the role

JVZ Construction is looking for an experienced Civil Construction Production Manager/General Foreman to lead and coordinate civil works on our projects.

Key responsibilities

Manage construction teams across pipelines, earthworks, roads and concrete works.
Train, mentor and develop foremen and labourers to maintain high performance.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years experience as a Production Manager or General Foreman on civil projects.
Passed Grade 12/NQF4 (or relevant tertiary qualification is a plus) and a valid Code EB (or higher) driver’s licence.

Required skills

Construction team management.
Knowledge of SANS 1200 construction methods.
Experience with pipelines, earthworks, road and concrete works.
