CIO Advisory Executive Partner

About the role

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a service within Gartner Executive Technology Services (ETS) and an exclusive, membership-based organisation serving over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries. As Executive Partner, you will manage a portfolio of member relationships and turn their priorities into tailored services using ExP products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships
• Create service solutions for clients using all ExP products, based on subject matter expertise
• Assess member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and develop a customised service plan
• Deliver a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and webinars
• Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant
• Work with Gartner's Sales organisation to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business

Required profile

• Consulting or CxO roles with 15+ years of progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, digital transformation, blockchain, big data, cloud, etc.)
• Experience leading or co-leading large end-to-end transformative initiatives
• Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO-level executives
• Deep knowledge of CIO focus areas and the IT industry, including leadership, operations management, strategy, metrics and current CIO challenges
• Background can vary: public sector, consumer-facing industries, manufacturing, life sciences, high tech and others are welcomed
