About the role
We are seeking an experienced senior leader to provide strategic direction for people management practices, shaping HR strategy, fostering employee engagement and supporting continuous improvement across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver effective Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD).
- Lead Employee Relations (ER) and ensure a safe, secure work environment.
- Drive organisational design, development and change management initiatives.
- Oversee transformation programmes to enhance productivity and culture.
