About the role
Postcard Cafe is hiring an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. The position is based in Stellenbosch, in the Jonkershoek Valley Road area of the Cape Winelands.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Reliable, motivated and a strong team player
- Passion for quality food and fresh ingredients
