Business Development & Solutions Executive (Remote)

About the role

A client of Parvana, which develops and supports software and data solutions across many industries, is hiring a Business Development & Solutions Executive. The client offers plug-and-play products that integrate with existing systems and can be customised, plus big data engineering and bespoke software development, available as cloud-based and hosted solutions. The role suits someone who enjoys designing complex solutions and thriving on innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct researched, personalised and targeted RFI requests.
• Attend global innovation conferences and build long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Run initial conversations to qualify opportunities and filter out bad-fit leads.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to create rapid prototypes and collaborate with the delivery team on technical proof-of-concepts.
• Own complex working opportunities and bids, including response planning, commercial modelling, demo rehearsals and presentations.
• Track every lead, follow-up and next step in the CRM and report on pipeline health.

Required profile

• 6 to 9 years of relevant commercial, sales, pre-sales or business development experience.
• Experience contributing to competitive RFP/RFI responses, with strong structured writing for proposals and communications.
• Proven ability to generate outbound opportunities and discuss sales metrics against business growth.
• Comfortable managing industry events, conference floors and disciplined CRM/pipeline tracking.
• An advantage: a background in capital markets, structured finance, commercial real estate or financial services technology.

Required skills

• Hands-on use of AI-assisted prototyping and development tools such as Claude, Cursor and v0.
• CRM usage and pipeline tracking.
