Business Development Representative - Cybersecurity

About the role

A fast-growing cybersecurity firm, which acts as a strategic partner for enterprise CISOs and a go-to-market engine for security startups, is looking for a high-energy, independent mid-level SDR. The role is fully remote, high-volume and high-reward, with a target of becoming a closer within 4 to 6 months. It is offered through Huzzle, which places candidates directly with its client.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, making 100-300 calls daily via a dedicated dialing platform.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, aiming for 7 qualified meetings per week (minimum 20 completed meetings per month).
• Own the front end of the sales cycle, including lead sourcing, territory planning and pipeline management.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office to research and engage key decision-makers in the cybersecurity and AI space.
• Manage a territory independently, keeping a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven track record in SaaS or tech sales.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter comfortable with high-volume dialing and performance-led targets.
• Nice to have: 1+ years of SDR experience with results, familiarity with Apollo.io, and German, Spanish or French.
