About the role
The Business Development Manager will explore local and international markets to introduce new products and trademarks, strengthening Hyphen Technology’s position in the financial‑technology sector. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding client portfolios, and delivering exceptional service to corporate customers.
Key responsibilities
- Search and explore local and international markets for new products and trademarks.
- Achieve revenue targets by growing existing client portfolios and acquiring new clients.
- Increase average balances of designated asset and liability portfolios as defined in the Financial Performance Report.
- Meet rate targets for both fixed and linked product mixes.
- Deliver proactive, innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the sales strategy.
- Maintain expert knowledge of legislative amendments, industry best practices, and provide proactive advice.
- Foster collaboration across specialist areas to provide comprehensive business solutions.
- Reshape customer journeys to boost self‑service and assisted service, maximizing satisfaction.
- Establish best practices for client service optimisation within risk and automation frameworks.
- Design and implement control frameworks to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
Required profile
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and grow client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of financial‑service products, assets, and liabilities.
- Experience building strategic relationships and influencing internal and external partners.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive collaboration, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
