Business Development Consultant – Onsite

About the role

PeoplePartners is seeking a proactive Business Development Consultant to expand its offshore staffing solutions across global markets. You will build relationships, identify new opportunities, and turn conversations into long‑term partnerships that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities using lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Conduct virtual discovery meetings to understand client challenges, hiring needs, and operational goals.
• Present PeoplePartners’ value proposition, manage objections, negotiate terms, and guide opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM system, documenting all activities and providing regular updates for forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal Success Partners, Talent Acquisition, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure seamless client handover.
• Stay informed on offshore staffing trends and BPO industry developments to contribute ideas for service improvement.
