About the role
The Business Developer will drive growth for Skypiom by identifying, engaging and developing new business opportunities, initially focusing on the Skills Gap Analysis solution. The role involves researching prospects, creating tailored proposals and delivering professional presentations that communicate Skypiom’s value.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to meet sales targets after completing training.
- Make daily outbound calls to generate interest in Skills Gap Analysis services and create leads.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and software demonstrations confidently.
- Attend industry events to market and promote Skypiom’s product portfolio.
- Respond to client RFQs, RFIs and RFPs with accurate quotations and proposals.
- Provide exceptional client service and technical advice on Skills Gap Analysis features.
Required profile
- Technically minded, self‑motivated and resilient.
- Confident in engaging business stakeholders.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive product training.
