About the role
Join a leading global law firm’s Data & Analytics team in Johannesburg. You will work across Finance, IT, Legal and Data functions to improve business processes, optimise financial systems and deliver data‑driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Document and map financial business processes and data flows.
- Identify inefficiencies, recommend and support process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyse financial data, support modelling, forecasting and budgeting.
- Evaluate and enhance financial systems, ensuring data integrity across enterprise platforms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Informatics.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial systems and process improvement.
- Experience working with finance and data teams in a professional services or legal environment is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- SQL
- ERP systems
- Knowledge of Aderant (advantageous)
