Bricklayers Training Manager – Tile Installation

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Mason Training Manager to design and roll out a global tile‑installation training system. The role will support masons in emerging African markets, standardise installation processes and drive the company’s overseas growth through professional training and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market‑adapted training materials, manuals, assessment criteria and hands‑on guides for tile installation.
• Deliver systematic installation training in countries with existing mason projects and monitor training effectiveness.
• Set and track annual, quarterly and monthly training objectives, compile performance reports and recommend optimisations.
• Design and launch mason projects in emerging markets, including promotion tactics, rollout road‑maps and resource allocation.
• Oversee compliance of training and project execution, manage budgets and coordinate with headquarters audit, finance and other departments.
• Empower local project specialists and marketing teams through training support and establish communication channels with masons and distributors.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading training system development and implementation for construction trades.
• Strong understanding of tile installation techniques and quality standards.
• Experience working with overseas markets, particularly in Africa.
• Excellent project management, budgeting and compliance monitoring skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with masons, distributors and headquarters.
