About the role
The Barista/Waitron joins Accor’s hospitality team to deliver an exceptional guest experience across multiple service points such as the restaurant, bar, patio, breakfast area, and meeting rooms. You will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, prepares quality coffee and beverages, and ensures smooth table service from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Accor’s standards.
- Provide attentive table service, taking orders and delivering food and drinks promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Uphold the brand’s service standards and F&B concepts throughout the guest journey.
Required profile
- Minimum Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service practices.
