Bar Staff – Serve Food & Drinks

About the role

Join a friendly, hard‑working team at The Admiral Collingwood to serve food and drinks to customers. No prior experience is required – we provide training and a supportive environment. Flexible shift patterns mean you can work mornings, evenings, weekends or late finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to the correct specification, both at the bar and via the customer app.
• Prepare, dispense and serve beverages, and deliver food promptly.
• Complete check‑backs, clear plates, and maintain a clean, safe service area.
• Provide friendly customer interactions, promote promotions and events.
• Maintain "clean as you go" standards, including table clearing, surface wiping, toilet checks, glass‑washing, restocking fridges, and floor/beer‑garden duties.

Required profile

• Fun, enthusiastic and passionate attitude.
• Willingness to learn and stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable, friendly and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Open to shift work, including early mornings and late nights.
