Aviation Sales Manager

About the role

The Aviation Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability within the aviation segment. You will lead the sales strategy, manage key customer relationships, and ensure the execution of commercial initiatives that align with the company’s financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve set financial targets including sales volume, margin, and return on assets.
• Qualify sales opportunities, manage pursuit processes, and conduct account planning for key accounts.
• Forecast sales, manage budgets, coordinate marketing events, and maintain sales collateral and tools.
• Partner with marketing and business development to source leads and develop value propositions.
• Build and develop sales talent through recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Maintain accurate pricing, rebates, discounts, and ensure cost accounting for customers.
• Manage gross margin after variable expenses, customer credit, and service delivery.
• Conduct variance analysis, business reviews, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies, promotions, and market intelligence collection.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet financial and sales targets.
• Strong experience in customer relationship and key‑account management.
• Expertise in sales forecasting and budget management.
• Capability to manage pricing, rebates, and margin performance.
• Experience in contract administration and compliance.
