Automotive Service Advisor – Talent Pool (Western Cape)

About the role

Rola Holdings is creating a talent pool for future Automotive Service Advisor positions across its dealerships in the Western Cape. The role is aimed at experienced customer‑service professionals from the motor industry who can coordinate vehicle repairs and support customers throughout the service process.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and schedule vehicle service appointments.
• Record customer concerns, prepare job cards and coordinate repair progress with workshop technicians.
• Update customers on repair status, costs and expected completion times.
• Prepare and explain quotations and invoices, and manage vehicle handovers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints while adhering to dealership and manufacturer procedures.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Previous Service Advisor experience in the motor industry.
• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Good administration and organisational skills.
• Computer literacy and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Valid South African driver’s licence and a clear criminal record.
