Asset Controller

About the role
Hello Group is seeking an Asset Controller to manage the full lifecycle of its IT assets. The role is central to ensuring that all hardware and software equipment is accurately tracked, well‑maintained, compliant with internal policies, and used in a cost‑effective manner.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT assets across the organisation.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of hardware, software and related licences.
- Ensure assets are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor asset utilisation to optimise cost efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and disposals in line with best practices.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Experience managing IT asset records or similar inventory processes.
