About the role
Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. You will work directly with customers across Vryburg, Kathu and Postmasburg, helping them achieve their long‑term financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customers' financial needs through consultative conversations.
- Provide sound, personalised financial advice and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans.
- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
- Track sales data and use advisory tools to support decision‑making.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, dynamic and customer‑focused.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for financial services.
- Education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12 or equivalent.
