About the role

Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated, dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. Based in Claremont, Cape Town, you will help our customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify financial objectives and gaps.
• Provide sound, compliant financial advice and recommend appropriate products.
• Develop and implement customised financial plans that align with client goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and advice given.
• Support senior advisers in delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Matriculation Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and consultative selling abilities.
• Action‑oriented, able to build relationships and work collaboratively.
• Commitment to ethical standards and customer‑focused service.
