Apparel Store Manager – Centurion

About the role

The Apparel Store Manager will lead the new Apparel brand in Centurion, driving service excellence, sales performance and stock strategy while ensuring a vibrant in‑store experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including standards, administration, security, sales, after‑sales, stock and merchandising.
• Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders, Sales Consultants and Associates, delivering a friendly customer experience and meeting sales targets.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, trading hours and staffing to match peak periods.
• Maintain store appearance, planogram integrity and visual‑merchandising standards.
• Control loss prevention, shrinkage and inventory accuracy through processes such as RFID tagging.
• Monitor financial performance, inventory levels and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a retail or service‑oriented store environment, managing a small team.
• Experience in apparel/fashion retail and familiarity with retail systems and technologies.
• Understanding of retail policies, loss‑prevention, health & safety and operational controls.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Retail management systems (POS, inventory software).
• RFID tagging for loss prevention.
• Data analysis and reporting.
