AI Trainer – Talent Pool

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented AI Trainer to help improve the performance, accuracy and effectiveness of our AI systems and large language models. The role will involve evaluating AI outputs, creating and refining training datasets, and supporting continuous improvement of AI‑powered products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Support AI system development through structured training and evaluation activities.
• Train AI models using defined methodologies, assess generated responses for quality, relevance and accuracy.
• Identify trends, weaknesses and opportunities for model improvement and contribute to behavior refinement.
• Create and maintain high‑quality training datasets, collaborate with data annotation teams and validate labeled data.
• Evaluate prompt effectiveness across multiple use cases, support prompt testing, experimentation and optimization.
• Conduct structured evaluations of AI outputs, monitor performance against benchmarks and document findings.
• Assist quality improvement initiatives and maintain documentation of processes and results.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with AI engineers, prompt engineers, data annotators and product teams.
• Interest in AI, large language models and continuous learning.
