AI Product Manager

About the role

Yassir, the leading super‑app in the Maghreb region, is expanding its AI capabilities across ride‑hailing, delivery and financial services. We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to define and execute the AI product vision, driving marketplace optimisation and innovative customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define a robust AI strategy and product roadmap aligned with marketplace dynamics across multiple domains.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimisation, balancing requirements across products and countries.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to set KPIs, monitor performance and iterate on AI‑powered features.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (product, marketing, operations, engineering) to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.
• Mentor team members, foster a culture of feedback, and champion AI as a core driver of business success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate technical AI concepts to development teams and stakeholders.
• Successful track record managing products in fast‑growing, remote‑team environments.
• Experience in a rapidly scaling company is a plus.
