Advancing Financial Adviser – Vryburg/Postmasburg

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking an Advancing Financial Adviser to support customers in the Vryburg and Postmasburg area. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality financial advice, handling enquiries, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide standard customer service and respond to routine enquiries.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify their financial needs.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and record follow‑up actions.
• Prospect new clients through phone calls or face‑to‑face visits and develop relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities by gathering referrals and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory codes.
• Support business development activities and assist colleagues with established processes.

Required profile

• Minimum NQF Level 5 qualification (Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate) or equivalent.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to mandatory compliance standards.
