About the role
As an Admissions Consultant at HyperionDev, you will guide individuals seeking a career change toward the right technical education pathways. You will act as a trusted advisor, matching prospective students with bootcamp programs that enable non‑tech professionals to transition into full‑time coding roles.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads to understand their education needs and career goals.
- Recommend appropriate bootcamp courses and university‑partner programs.
- Manage the end‑to‑end enrollment process, from lead assignment to student registration.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Adapt to shift‑hour requirements as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of solution‑based consultation or sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong motivation to improve people’s lives through education.
- Proven ability to meet and surpass performance targets.
